My 3 Strategies!

I'm 43 1/2 years old.
Ready to lose 100 + pounds.
These 3 programs are what I plan to use to get me there and keep me there:

My day 1 starts on Wednesday July 28th! I am anxious, excited, hopeful, scared, doubtful all at the same time. I have struggled with my weight for my entire life and I'm ready to make this new commitment towards better health and a longer more vibrant existence!

    I know all about TOPS, but have only heard of TAPS. These both sound like tools I need to use for my 100+ planned weight loss. Good luck to both of us.
